Reagan Farris, LPC
My name is Reagan Farris. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and ordained pastor who is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and couples experience lasting healing and growth in a safe, caring, and judgment-free environment. I believe that every person deserves to be heard with respect, understood with compassion, and supported with care as they navigate life’s challenges.
I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, sexual addiction, family conflict, betrayal recovery, divorce recovery, spiritual crisis, and personal development. My goal is to help you not only find relief from present struggles, but for you to discover your capacity to grow and thrive in every arena of life and become all that God has made you to be. The ultimate aim is that you experience what Jesus promised we would find in relationship with Him, “I have come that you would have life and have it abundantly.”
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Townsend Institute at Concordia University, where I was trained in research-informed models with a strong emphasis on character development: attachment, healthy boundaries, integration, and thriving adulthood.
My counseling approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as attachment-based therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, somatic work, cognitive and behavioral interventions, trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, all through the lens of a Christian worldview and directed by biblical truth. Each session is prayerfully tailored to your unique needs and goals. I also provide marriage and premarital counseling, helping couples build stronger, healthier, Christ-centered relationships and families.
In addition to my clinical work, I have served in full-time Christian ministry as an ordained pastor and student pastor. That combination of theological grounding and clinical training allows me to offer care that is compassionate, practical, and rooted in truth.
